The BoilerGuard 2000 is an alarm panel for monitoring unattended boiler systems. This
panel meets the requirements of most municipalities for unattended boiler
operations.
The BoilerGuard 2000 monitors up to six alarm inputs such as Flame Failure, High Pressure Limit, Low Water Level and High Water Level. With the AutoDialer option, the system will also monitor for “Loss of Control Power”.
Upon activation of any one or more of the above conditions, the BoilerGuard 2000 responds with an alarm sequence to alert operators of a problem (see operation).

Operation 1.
When
a boiler alarm condition occurs, a red pilot light specific to the alarm
will flash, a general alarm light will flash, a buzzer will chirp and an
optional AutoDialer will dial
number(s) as programmed. 2.
Pushing
the [Alarm Acknowledge] button will silence the buzzer, but both the
specific and general alarms lights will continue to flash. 3.
When
the alarm condition is cleared, either by operator attendance or by
automatic restoration, both alarm lights will stop flashing but will
remain on to indicate that a fault condition had been present. 4. The [Keyed Reset] selector switch will reset the alarm lights to “OFF”. If any alarm conditions are still present, resetting the system will not clear the lights.
